Return Policy

We want you to love your wine glasses. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns
  • Sets must be returned complete — partial sets will not be accepted

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@oliveandvineshop.com with your order number and the reason for return
  2. We will send you a return authorization and return shipping address within 1-2 business days
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging with protective wrapping
  4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method
  5. Include a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization in the package

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not return damaged items without first contacting us — we may not require you to send them back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or defective items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Incorrect item received: We cover return shipping costs and send the correct item

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
